Market Research Associate Solar Energy/Energy Storage

Market research/sourcing associate for Solar Energy/Energy Storage startup. The candidate must be intelligent, curious, hardworking, and versatile. They will perform market research, product sourcing, and business model building reporting directly to CEO of venture fund incubating startups in medical tech, solar energy and energy storage.
Roles and responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
- Completing marketing and sourcing related administrative projects that include conducting research
- Networking within the industry and provide information to founder and CEO
- Use measurable and verifiable information for making decisions or judgements related to energy storage
- Ability to understand and utilize scientific data and research theory
- Communication with international contacts which may require work across multiple time zones
- Other assignments as assigned
- Travel may be required
Required Skills and Education:
- BA/ BS in Engineering, Science or related discipline. Advanced degree, such as an MBA preferred.
- Proven 3 + years working experience in energy storage
- Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a clean driving record over last three years
Financial Analyst

Seeking highly intelligent, motivated financial analyst to build business models and participate in investment business development activities for venture fund incubating and financing startups in medical, transportation and energy storage industries. The candidate must possess the ability to rapidly identify key business opportunities. This position will report directly to the CEO.
Required Skills and Education:
- MBA or equivalent education background skill set
- 3 to 5 years experience
- Long hours and frequent travel
- Valid and clean Drivers License
- Must have experience building extensive financial business models and conducting Financial Due Diligence
- Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a clean driving record over last three years
